Michael J. Apone, Principal
Mike has over 40 years experience in the financial,
accounting, tax and real estate field serving hundreds of
clients, both individuals and small-businesses, focusing on
their individual needs with the utmost care and dedication.
Simultaneously, Mike was employed for over 27 years applying
his financial and management experience with a Fortune 500 high
technology instruments company, working with small to
medium-size businesses ranging in revenues from under $1M up to
$50M. Mike's unique blended experience and hands-on approach
resulted in a multitude of successes over the years. Mike has
been a long time member of the National Association of Tax
Professionals. Mike holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Merrimack College
and MBA with finance concentration from Bentley College.
Additionally, Mike has held his MA real estate brokerage
license for over 40 years and has extensive experience in
buying and selling properties for both personal and investment
portfolios. Apone Associates is a member of the National and
Massachusetts Association of Realtors, Cape Cod and Islands
Association of Realtors and the Multiple Listing Service
(MLS).

Jane E. Apone, Administration and
Bookkeeping
Jane has been working with the business
for over 40 years responsible for the administration,
bookkeeping and payroll services for a wide variety of
individual and small business clients. She has extensive
experience in management of retail operations including sales
merchandising, inventory control, bookkeeping and payroll
administration. Jane works on a day-to-day basis with our
clients to keep a pulse on their operational issues and to
ensure all information and filings are prepared on a timely
basis. Jane holds an Associates Degree in fashion merchandising
and retail operations.

Peter J. Smith, Real Estate Associate and Information Technology
Pete received his real estate sales agents license and will be assisting in business
in Boston and vicinity, including the Metro-West area where he resides
in Medway with his family, wife Tracey and children Trevor and Sydney.
He also supports the company in the IT area.
Pete is graduate of University of Connecticut with a concentration in
business administration where he was a pitcher for the baseball team.
Pete received his MBA with a finance concentration from the University of MA, Amherst.

Brittany Apone, Accounting and Tax Associate
Brit will be assisting us in tax preparation and accounting/ financial statement preparation.
Brit earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration with finance concentration
from Cal State San Marcos in 2006. Over the past 14+ years, she has worked at various companies
in the finance, accounting, and project management areas. Brit resides in San Diego with
her husband, Scott and son, Lincoln.
Salvatore J. Apone, Founder (Posthumous)
Sal founded the business in the early 1960's with a small base
of individual and small business tax clients. Sal
simultaneously had over 50 years of experience in financial,
accounting, tax and information technology systems working in
both small and medium-size business operations. Sal
received his Bachelor's Degree in accounting from Northeastern
University and proudly served in the United States Navy.
